While we make reasonable efforts to correct misinformation, you agree not to hold Startly Technologies responsible for the accuracy of any message or the outcome of following the instructions a message may contain. 1) You agree not to post material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of another's privacy, or that violates any law.

3) Please notify Startly Technologies immediately of any objectionable content. If, in our sole judgement, Startly Technologies determines that removal is necessary, the offending content will be removed promptly.

4) If you fail to adhere to these terms or conditions or breach any warranty made in these terms and conditions it may result in the termination of your privilege to post content immediately upon notice to you, and your internet service provider will be informed of the violation.
