Mac Batch processing a folder

How do I process the contents of a folder like we used to do in OS9 "batch processing?"

Thanks,
Steve

batch processing isn't in QuicKeys X3 - what type of processing are you wanting to do?

Just like with the OS9 version of QK, I have written 60 to 100 step shortcuts that needs to be performed on a few thousand files without me sitting there manually doing it. In OS9, I would set QuicKeys to run batch processing of a folder of files overnight so when I returned in the morning my files were ready to go. This was a huge part of my workflow which is totally gone. Sure there may be workarounds (which I would love to hear about) like AppleScript or Automator but working natively within QuicKeys means I do not have to learn another language or process. Frankly, AppleScript makes no sense to me and is not as easy to learn as Apple has claim for so many years. This is why I rely on QuicKeys. For me it's just easier to use and understand.

Why was this functionality removed from QK?
Why is it a Windows only function now?
What can I do now and will this be added in the future?

This baffles me. :?

Thanks,
Steve
