Playback too fast

Playback too fast

Postby vanco » Sun Apr 07, 2013 5:03 am

Hi, I am using mostly "click here, and there, and there" I noticed that the playback speed is a way faster, and make more mistakes than I would like to. How can I set the playback speed to the speed at which I recorded my actions?

The overall speed can't be changed, I believe but you can regulate the playback.

Have a look at the "Wait" and "Pause"commands.

Another problem I have been running into is selecting a specific tab on a browser. When it selects a tab, it actually holds and drags out the particular tab, separating a window from the other tabs. So when I have another step to select the 2nd tab, it is no longer visible because the first tab got dragged out to make a new window while clicking the first tab in the first step. Why does it do that?

what version of QuicKeys and OS are you using? Is it a "Click" or "Mouse Recording" that you are using when you say "click here, and there, and there"? What browser are you using with the tab problem?

when I asked:
Is it a "Click" or "Mouse Recording" that you are using when you say "click here, and there, and there"?

I wasn't expecting a Yes answer. What are you trying to do with the tabs?

I would have a few tabs open on Chrome, and make QuicKeys select a particular tab, and then make a click on the screen (Flash element), and then move on to another tab, and do something similar, and repeat.

still haven't found out if it is a "Click" or "Mouse Recording" step. Why don't you use the following link to Contact Support. We will reply and give you instructions on attaching the shortcut so that we can see what you are doing.
