Change language-format for Date/time

Change language-format for Date/time

Postby thohei » Tue Jan 13, 2015 3:58 am

I would like to be able to write long-form date in my own language (Danish). So instead of QK writing January, February, March - it should be januar, februar, marts.
The system language for the Mac is English - which I prefer and I would like the date format to be different.
I had in on a previous version of QK. Please help.
OSX 10.9.5 - QK vers 4.0.7 (13)
Thanks,
Thomas

QuicKeys uses what you have setup in System Preferences for your date format so if you are in English you are going to get English. You might go to MacScripter to find some help with an AppleScript that could be run by QuicKeys to convert the dates into Danish.

Thanks! I did not realize I can change the date/time format on the Mac without changing the language for the system. Everything works now!
