Hide QuicKeys Editor every time QuicKeys isn't front app

Postby m021478 » Fri Mar 24, 2006 1:04 am

Is there anyway to create a shortcut that will automatically close the QuicKeys Editor window every time I switch away from QuicKeys being the front application?

The thing is that I find I'm using QuicKeys shortcuts to launch various applications that use a sticky hot keys, and every time I press the first part of this sticky hot key trigger, the QuicKeys editor window jumps to the front, unless I specifically remembered to hit Cmd+W when I last switched away from QuicKeys...

Any suggestions?

you never answered this post from last week:

Why is QuicKeys coming to the front with every trigger?

with this information it sounds like you have a Open QuicKeys Editor shortcut setup that is conflicting with your other triggers. For example if you have Open QuicKeys Editor as Control-A and you have one that is sticky to open Safari as Control-A, S, A. Sort by triggers and see if you can spot something like that.
