⌃ Control ⇧ Shift ⏏ Eject -Trigger Shortcut

Postby stbarts » Mon Aug 12, 2013 2:02 pm

I am a new QuicKeys user.

Can anyone help me with a Shortcut.

I am trying to get the following keystrokes to work:

⌃ Control ⇧ Shift ⏏ Eject

by setting the Trigger for this Shortcut to hot key F19.

It is not working.

I can set the trigger for Print (⌘ Command P) to hot key F19 with no problem.

Thanks

if you are trying to sleep your display with that combination you aren't going to be able to do it with QuicKeys. That combination is a special combination that Apple added that is looking for actual keys to be pressed which QuicKeys can't do.

...but, if you want to Sleep the computer, you can map F19 to the QuicKeys action: System > Computer Tools > Sleep
