Open a URL in Chrome

Postby polyvox » Mon Jul 20, 2015 1:35 pm

I prefer to use Chrome. I have created a shortcut to open Chrome and then go to a specific URL.

Switch to Google Chrome
Open Web address

Simple, right?

But it switches to Safari. What gives?

Web Launcher uses your Default Web Browser so it sounds like you have it still set to Safari. Also you would not need to have to first step of Switching to Google Chrome because the Web Launcher handles that. If you don't want to switch your Default Web Browser then you could do it with these steps:

1) Switch to Google Chrome
2) Type Keystroke of command-L
3) Type Text of the URL you want to open
4) Type Keystroke of return
