Save "as" --- and then navigating to the correct folder

Postby polyvox » Mon Oct 10, 2016 1:08 pm

So I want to save several documents to a particular folder. Every time I try to do this using QuicKeys I invariably find myself using the TYPE KEYSTROKE shortcut and inserting tab after tab after R. ARROW after DOWN ARROW, etc. I'm sure I'm missing a simpler method whereby I can just direct the save to a particular path. The problem is that often times a SAVE AS command brings up a box that includes other options (in this case, changing the format of the document from .ai to .jpg) that must also be dealt with along with creating the desired path. I suppose these are two separate issues. But I would be satisfied if I could solve the path problem first.

Many thanks ahead of time for any help.

use the Create>Files>Change Folder step when the Save As window is open.
