Floating Palettes

Floating Palettes

It is getting difficult to remember all the many combinations of keystrokes needed.

What I, and others like me with a challenged memory need are palettes where the different triggers can be collected and given their own reminders (names and/or icons). That way one would be able to remember them by the visual clues.

If the palettes are popups or dock-like or floating is a matter of taste (choice?). It would be even better if the palettes can be called on by other QuicKeys, that is that one palette's button can trigger another palette. That way they can remain compact, and not so intrusive, until needed.

Maybe old Mac users like me can remember OneClick from old Mac OS 7, 8 and 9. I can still miss it from time to time, though I have now used Mac OS X since 10.1.

If it is a matter of copyright I would think it would be cheap to acquire that by now...
