Shortcuts as standalone files

Shortcuts as standalone files

Is it possible to save a shortcut as a standalone file? So I could launch this shortcut and start it by clicking a single file on the desktop instead of opening QuicKeys first and then launching the right shortcut?

Even better would be if you could generate a "runtime" version of your shortcut that didn't even require QuicKeys to run..

Thanks,
Nick

why don't you have a hot key or QuicKeys Menu associated with the shortcut? You can drag a shortcut from the QuicKeys Editor window to the Desktop and it creates an alias to the shortcut. You would have to take into consideration the scope of the shortcut so that it would work properly.
